How does it work?
Book Your Project
Get in touch via my inquiry form for a complimentary discovery call and custom proposal. When you’re ready to book, you’ll sign the service agreement and pay your deposit.
Onboarding
Once your booking is confirmed, I will provide a questionnaire with preliminary tasks designed to gather essential information for our strategy kick-off call.
Kick Off Call
We will review your questionnaire to get clarity on the project and milestones. I will guide you through my process for creating and collecting all the content required for your site.
Design & Refine
During the branding process I will be making refinements as needed based on your feedback and we’ll bring your designs to life!
Deliver & Delight
I’ll deliver all your final design files along with a brand styleguide to help maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms.

HOW DO WE GET STARTED?
Initiate our discovery process, which will allow me to get a clear understanding of your needs and make sure we are a good fit. If we agree to work together, I will then send you a project Proposal + Contract that outlines the project goals, scope and timeline. All you have to do is sign the contract, pay a deposit, and we are good to go!
How long does the process take?
Good question. The process can vary due to the package you choose, client response time and the services required. Typically, smaller branding projects take 2-3 weeks while large branding projects take 5-6 weeks.
What sets you apart?
Many of my clients call our collaborations a magical experience. I simply believe that brilliant brands start at the foundation. So, I spend a lot of time uncovering your business goals and understanding your industry before I ever start a sketch. It’s a balance of fine art and creative artistic intuition while having a fun time together!
What if I already have branding but need a refresh?
Typically, I will do a brand audit, followed by recommendations on the best way to proceed. Let’s hop on a call to discuss.
WHAT IF WE ARE IN DIFFERENT TIME ZONES?
That’s no problem! On our discovery call we will work out a schedule that works for the both of us.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Of course! A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your start date. The rest of the payment is required at the end of your project. Once the final payment is complete, I’ll send your final files, a pdf guide of how to use the files and a video walkthrough.
