How does it work?
Book Your Project
Get in touch via my inquiry form for a complimentary discovery call and custom proposal. When you’re ready to book, you’ll sign the service agreement and pay your deposit.
Onboarding
Once your booking is confirmed, I will provide a questionnaire with preliminary tasks designed to gather essential information for our strategy kick-off call.
Kickoff Call
We will review your questionnaire to get clarity on the project and milestones. I will guide you through my process for creating and collecting all the content required for your site.
Design & Refine
I will provide mock-ups for the site design and navigation. Upon design approval, I will build out all pages with your feedback, making refinements and mobile responsive.
Launch & Celebrate
Time to share your new website with the world! Looking great on all devices to capture the attention and inspire your ideal customers.
Follow-Up Support
I will provide tutorial videos and complimentary support depending on your package. I will be available to answer any questions to ensure your success moving forward.

HOW DO WE GET STARTED?
Initiate our discovery process, which will allow me to get a clear understanding of your needs and make sure we are a good fit. If we agree to work together, I will then send you a project Proposal + Contract that outlines the project goals, scope and timeline. All you have to do is sign the contract, pay a deposit, and we are good to go!
How long does it take to build a website?
The timeline can vary based on what package you choose. Typically, a custom website takes between 4 to 8 weeks, including strategy, design, development, and final launch.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Of course! We can discuss a payment plan that meets your needs. Once the final payment is complete, I’ll send your final files and hand over the website!
DO YOU PROVIDE SUPPORT AFTER THE LAUNCH?
Yes! After your Quality Assurance period is complete, I often continue to work with many clients on a long-term basis supporting them with a wide variety of their website design, maintenance, and graphic design needs.
WHAT IF WE ARE IN DIFFERENT TIME ZONES?
That’s no problem! On our discovery call we will work out a schedule that works for the both of us.
